Set specific help desk to an escalation rule

Introducing the ability to assign a specific help desk to escalation rules in LearnWise, ensuring end users reach the right department instantly. This streamlines support workflows, eliminates unnecessary ticket forwarding, and enhances user efficiency by reducing clicks and confusion.

🛠️ Improvements

✅ New loading state design within course-content assistant
A new pop-up in LearnWise now informs users that when adding a course-content assistant, it takes a few minutes to process the course material. This ensures clarity, sets expectations, and encourages users to continue working without waiting for immediate results.

✅ Course content assistant header
A new header in the assistant window now clarifies that answers are sourced only from the current course, helping manage expectations and reduce off-topic queries. This ensures a smoother user experience and minimizes frustration.

✅ Ignore off-topic conversations for Improvements
Off-topic conversations will no longer trigger auto-generated improvements, ensuring a more streamlined workflow. This reduces unnecessary entries, saving time and effort for those managing improvements.
